A custom denim pattern is built around your measurements: seat, thigh, rise, waist and inseam. All five fit at once, so you get the pair you reach for every time. It fixes what most men put up with in store-bought jeans: a waist that gaps when the thigh fits, a thigh that pulls when you sit, and a rise that never sits quite right.
The fit comes from the pattern, not the label. Your pattern is drawn for your body instead of adjusted from someone else's, and it stays on file, so every pair after the first fits the same way. The cloth is better too, but the pattern is what makes the difference.
In Southwest Florida, where jeans are a staple year-round, it is worth owning one pair that fits correctly. Lightweight denim options work in Fort Myers and Naples heat without sacrificing the structure and drape that make jeans worth wearing. We carry options across the weight spectrum and will guide the fabric choice based on how and when you wear denim most.
Then there is the finish. If you like jeans that look lived in from the first day, I can have them pre-washed, with artificial distressing if you ask for it. If you would rather start from nothing, order them brand new and unwashed. You wear them in, and the fades, whiskers and creases come from how you live, so after a few years they tell your own wear story and nobody else's.

How much do custom denim jeans cost?
Custom denim starts at $499 a pair. The price reflects a custom pattern cut to your rise, seat, thigh, and taper, plus your choice of weight and mill: selvedge and specialty denim run higher depending on the fabric selected at your fitting.
How is custom denim different from expensive store-bought jeans?
Custom denim is cut from a pattern built for your body, so the rise, seat, thigh and waist all fit at once, in the weight and wash you choose. Store-bought jeans, even expensive ones, start from one pattern made for an average body. That is why a pair can fit the waist and pull in the thigh, or fit the thigh and gap at the waist. Building the pattern from your measurements fixes all of it.
What is selvedge denim and is it worth it?
Selvedge denim is woven on narrow shuttle looms that produce a self-finished edge: the fabric is denser, more durable, and fades differently than modern open-end denim. The finished edge is what you see when the cuff is rolled. It is worth it if you value longevity and the character that comes from a denim that breaks in over years rather than wearing out. We offer both selvedge and non-selvedge options depending on the look and weight you want.
How long do custom denim jeans take?
Typically 6–8 weeks. The timeline is similar to our other garments: the pattern is built from your measurements, the fabric is cut, and the jeans are assembled by our partner workshop. Rush timelines may be possible for specific occasions; contact us to confirm before booking.
Can I specify the wash, weight, and distressing?
Yes. You have two paths. Choose pre-washed jeans, with artificial distressing if you ask for it, for a worn-in look from day one. Or choose brand new, unwashed jeans and wear them in yourself, so the fades and creases come from your own life and tell your own wear story over the years. Weight ranges from lightweight summer denim to heavier selvedge. We will show you fabric samples at the fitting so you can feel the weight and see the wash before committing.
