Every pair is cut from a pattern drafted for your body. The final price depends on the cloth you choose, from quality imported cloth up to Holland & Sherry, VBC and Caccioppoli, and you'll know it before anything is cut.

- Custom-pattern cut: rise, seat, thigh, and taper set individually to your measurements
- Front style: flat front, single pleat, or double pleat
- Waistband construction: belt loops, extended tab with hook, or side-adjuster curtains
- Suspender buttons installed inside waistband as standard
- Pocket selection: side seam, quarter-top, or on-seam; watch pocket on request
- Trouser crease: sharp or softly rolled, pressed in permanently or left natural

Five measurements. One pair of pants. Finally right.
A trouser that fits requires five independent measurements to align: waist, seat, thigh, inseam, and rise. Off-the-rack sizing addresses the waist and inseam and guesses at the rest. The result is a garment that fits in two dimensions and compromises in three. You can hem the leg, but you cannot move the seat without rebuilding the trouser.
A custom trouser pattern is drafted to all five of your measurements simultaneously. The rise sits exactly where your torso needs it to. The seat has the right amount of room without excess. The thigh doesn't pull when you sit. These are differences you feel immediately when you put them on for the first time, and they don't go away: the pattern stays on file for every pair after the first.

Dress trousers and casual pants both start at $495. Across our mid-range cloths the average is about $845. Every pair is cut from a pattern made to your measurements: the final price depends on the cloth you choose, and you will know it before anything is cut.
Why is finding trousers that fit off-the-rack so difficult?
Because a trouser requires five independent measurements (waist, seat, thigh, inseam, and rise) to fit correctly, and mass production can only optimize for one or two of them. A 34-inch waist does not predict a particular seat measurement, thigh circumference, or rise length. Most men find a trouser that fits the waist but pulls in the seat, or fits the thigh but gaps at the waist. A custom pattern solves all five dimensions simultaneously.
Can you make casual pants, not just dress trousers?
Yes. We make dress trousers, casual chinos, linen trousers, and relaxed weekend pants, all to the same custom pattern. The construction and fabric change; the fit precision does not. A custom linen trouser for Southwest Florida summers is one of our most-requested pieces.
Can I order just trousers to pair with an existing jacket?
Absolutely. Standalone trousers are a straightforward commission: bring the jacket you want to pair them with so we can match the weight and formality of the cloth. Many clients build their wardrobe one piece at a time, adding trousers that work with jackets they already own.
What fabrics are best for Southwest Florida weather?
Lightweight wool (fresco, tropical worsted), linen, cotton gabardine, and wool-linen blends are the strongest performers in Fort Myers and Naples heat. They breathe, hold a crease without pressing constantly, and look clean after a full day. We advise against heavy twill and flannel for anything worn in outdoor settings here.
