Here’s how I’d fix it. I’d measure you at your home, so you don’t drive anywhere or give up an afternoon. You’d choose a midnight blue cloth, which looks darker than black under evening lights.
Made to measure takes 6 to 8 weeks, which leaves plenty of room for a fitting.
Next year the tuxedo is already in your closet before the invitation arrives.

Either way it’s by appointment only, so you get all of my attention.
Yes. I bring the cloth books and take your measurements at home or at your office. Allow an hour to an hour and a half for the first appointment. There is no travel fee if you order. If you don’t order after a visit outside the immediate Fort Myers area, there is a $50 travel fee.
Can you finish my suit before a specific event?
Usually, yes, if we plan it. Made to measure takes 6 to 8 weeks and handmade 8 to 10. Tell me the date and I’ll tell you the last day to order.
Can you make a tuxedo for a Naples gala or wedding?
Yes. Tuxedos start at $1,245 and take about as long as a suit. For a wedding, start four to six months out. American Made tuxedos take 16 to 20 weeks.
What cloth works in Naples humidity?
Tropical-weight wool, fresco and linen blends. Skip heavy flannel and anything that traps heat. The cloth finder asks five questions and gives you a short list.
Do I have to come to Fort Myers?
No. Most Naples fittings happen where you are. The studio is there if you want to come in, by appointment only.
