At Suit Guy, each custom garment is crafted to your exact measurements and personalized preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction with fit and quality matters to us.
Fit or Quality Issues
If there is an issue with the fit or materials, please let us know. We will work with you to make reasonable adjustments until the suit fits as expected. These decisions are handled at the discretion of your clothier with your best interest in mind.
Alterations Policy
Minor adjustments due to fit—like tapering or shortening are included. If your body changes significantly (±2 inches), or if there’s a major repair needed outside the original consultation, such alterations may incur a standard hourly rate (e.g. $95/hour), similar to industry norms.
Timeline & Communication
- First consultation occurs by appointment.
- Fitting adjustments or corrections happen in follow-up appointments.
- We’ll communicate clearly about any timelines or fees related to alterations.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Still, if a garment fails to meet quality expectations, we’re committed to helping fix it.
How to Request Fixes
If you’re unhappy or need alterations:
- Reach out via email or phone within 30 days of delivery.
- Bring the suit in for a follow-up session.
- We’ll assess and implement necessary modifications to ensure a proper fit.
