The fundamental problem with off-the-rack dress shirts is that they try to solve three independent measurements with one size. Neck circumference, chest width, and sleeve length do not scale together: a 16.5 inch neck does not predict a 34 inch sleeve or a particular chest measurement. Most men end up buying the shirt that fits their neck and having it altered everywhere else, or buying for the chest and living with a collar that gaps.
A custom shirt pattern is built from your specific measurements across every dimension: collar, chest, waist suppression, sleeve length, cuff size, and back width. The collar does not gap because it was not designed for a neck other than yours. The shirt does not untuck because the length is proportional to your torso. These are not small improvements. They are differences you notice every time you wear it.

Custom dress shirts start at $195, and tuxedo shirts start at $225. Across our mid-range cloths the average dress shirt is about $245 and the average tuxedo shirt about $275. Every shirt is cut from a pattern made to your own measurements: the final price depends on the cloth you choose, and you will know it before anything is cut.
How many shirts should I order at once?
A single shirt is the right place to start. It establishes your pattern and lets you confirm the fit before committing to more. Once your pattern is on file, ordering more is simple, and when you buy five shirts, the sixth is free. There is no minimum.
What collar styles are available?
Spread, semi-spread, point, cutaway, and button-down are all available, as are variations in collar height and interlining. Cuff options include single-button barrel, double-button, and French (link) cuff. If you have a collar style that works well on a shirt you already own, bring it in. We can replicate the geometry precisely.

How do I care for custom dress shirts?
